Mindful Pregnancy Yoga

6-Week Course

About the Program

The classes give you time to connect to your body, baby and community of women. Each 90-minute session has a unique theme, integrating movements, mindful relaxation, and group discussion. The classes include:

  • community connection & discussion
  • strengthening movements specifically for pregnancy
  • stretches to aid common pregnancy discomfort
  • best movements to prepare for birth
  • movements/techniques for during labor
  • mindful relaxation
  • class always ends in a calming relaxation with cool lavender face towels - a perfect way to end the practice.
  • home reflection prompt each week

In addition to weekly classes, here’s what’s included in the course:
- Access to a private WhatsApp group for our community of moms
- Monthly mamma meet-ups for walks, coffee, and sharing experiences

30-MINUTE PREGNANCY YOGA FLOW

Join me for this 30-minute full body pregnancy yoga class. In this flow I’ve brought together some of my favourite prenatal yoga movements that I teach weekly in my pregnancy yoga classes. These are movements that you can practice daily to prepare for birth. Safe for the first, second and third trimester. Access the FREE class below!

Mamma Baby Yoga

8-Week Course

About the Program

Congratulations on welcoming your little one into the world! Now it is time to nurture yourself and create time for you and your baby. The classes are designed to help you connect to your baby, reconnect to yourself, and slowly find your way into stretching and strengthening your body.

Each class begins with gentle baby yoga and baby massage. The remainder of the class is for you to practice with your baby close to you - with options if you'd like to hold your baby or if you practice alone.

We focus on stretching and strengthening postures, breathing and meditation techniques just for postpartum women. No yoga experience necessary, often women take their first yoga class during pregnancy or early postpartum.


When to join? Generally, 6-8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 12 weeks after a cesarean. Ultimately, listen to your body and follow your midwife's advice.


The course is suitable for Babies from 6-12 weeks up to crawling age (8-10 months).

About Me

Hi! I'm Bethany! I'm an expat mom of two young children (ages 4 & 1), with a passion for pre and postnatal wellness. I grew up in the US, and moved to Sweden over 10 years ago.

I am an E-RYT 200 hour yoga teacher, with special education in pre and postnatal yoga. I have been teaching yoga full time for 10 years, and during this time have worked in-person with hundreds of women in my pregnancy and mamma baby yoga programs, and even more with my digital programs.
