Join me for this 30-minute full body pregnancy yoga class. In this flow I’ve brought together some of my favourite prenatal yoga movements that I teach weekly in my pregnancy yoga classes. About Me

Hi! I'm Bethany! I'm an expat mom of two young children (ages 5 & 2), with a passion for pre and postnatal wellness. I grew up in the US, and moved to Sweden over 10 years ago.

I am an E-RYT 200 hour yoga teacher, with special education in pre and postnatal yoga. I have been teaching yoga full time for 10 years, and during this time have worked in-person with hundreds of women in my pregnancy and mamma baby yoga programs, and even more with my digital programs.

I created this program from my own personal experience with pregnancy and birth, and from my education and over 6+ years of experience working with pregnant women. I am a mom of two young kids, and a trained prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher who works with hundreds of real moms each year in my in-person programs (since 2018).


I am here creating this program while my youngest naps, and while navigating my own motherhood journey. Prenatal and postnatal wellness is my passion. I lead these groups because I care. I care about you, and I want you to have the best pregnancy possible, and to have a positive birth experience and transition to motherhood. I know how hard it can be, and know that women need more support.
